ShedPro

The front end of a photoreal, parametric WebGL configurator with live pricing, 2D floor plans, AR preview, and quote and deposit flows, embedded through an iframe into dealer storefronts.

• Modelled the configuration as one source of truth from which the 3D geometry, the canvas floor plan, pricing and the order payload all derive.
• Wrote GLSL tint-by-uniform materials so dozens of colours and siding types render from a handful of textures, with sRGB/linear fixes so screen colour matched physical swatches.
• Brought the scene to mid-range phones with thin instances, LOD, Draco meshes, KTX2 textures and per-device post-processing tiers.
